|Recommended: NoMajor Disappointment — This complex was good before the new management. Since then it is over priced for what it is, and they are absolute crap at making it feel like a heathly living environment. The handling of the winter storm was atrocious. The lack of communication and help provided was an embarrassment that was only made slightly positive when compared to low income housings handling of the situation. All in all I am excited to leave this place.
|Recommended: YesGreat for people new to Austin — Friendly staff and super accommodating. Definitely recommend.

|Recommended: NoOk — It’d be nice if it was easier to let friends in. They all seem to struggle using the call boxes, and they’re not at every entrance.
Hi Nicholas, Thanks for taking the time to speak with me today regarding the instructions for the call box that allows friends access to the building. If you need anything else, please feel free to reach out. Thanks, Kathy Bell Community Manager
|Recommended: YesMove in Review — Moving in has been seamless so far, staff was very helpful, and appreciated the specials that were going on for renting the apartment For security purposes, I didn't like that the door was propped open by construction crew when I toured the second building.
Dear Claire, Thank you for your positive comments about your seamless move in and our team being helpful. Please note that construction is no longer on-site so all the doors should be closed 24 hours a day. Please let us know if you have any questions. We can be reached at 512-713-1960. We are so happy to have you as our resident at Eastside Station. Best, Kathy Bell, Community Manager
|Recommended: NoYou guys suck. — This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It's very apparent that management doesn't care for residents at all. The construction is poor, the grounds and facilities aren't clean. Our packages are put out for anyone to take at all times. The garage and building doors are constantly broken and any time this is brought up to management we are told to submit a maintenance request and nothing is done. I tried to get out of my lease due to multiple break ins to vehicles and apartments around the facility. 10 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMMEND.
Dear Casey, I'm so sorry to hear that we are not meeting your expectations. I would really like to set up a time to discuss the items mentioned in your comments. Please reach out to me at 512-713-1960 or email@example.com so that we can schedule a mutual time to talk. I look forward to hearing from you. Kathy Bell, Community Manager

|Recommended: NoReview — For the price I’m paying I’m not too impressed with the service etc. peloton haven’t been working. I’ve asked someone to check security cameras as my car got keyed and no one has gotten back to me yet. I am supposed to have one month free for April and I of course need to make a phone call since the full price is on there. For the amount I’m paying for this place I think this place is not up to standard
Alanna, We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. We share your concern regarding the situation you mentioned, and we are always looking for ways our community can improve. |Recommended: YesMainly great — It’s hard to have a 100 perfect review for any apartment complex, but I do love living here My only complaint is the office is barely open anymore and my packages are often lost.
Christina, Thank you for your feedback on ways we can improve our service offering, as well as your kind remarks. We are delighted that you enjoy your apartment home, and look forward to seeing you around our community soon. Best, Eastside Station Team
|Recommended: NoNo communication with residents during a disaster — Absolute disaster for apartment management. I understand that we've been without power since Monday morning, we're going through an unprecedented ice storm, but since yesterday morning there has been water spilling out of a third floor apartment, pooling up and seeping down into the second floor, and then into the first floor. These pictures are from the first floor just down the hall from me. Water is pouring down from the ceiling into the hallway and flooding residents' homes. Obviously many residents myself included called management to inform them. The only number they gave us via email the only email or contact they even sent out during this entire disaster directed us to LEASING SPECIALISTS that have no idea how to help us other than saying maintenance is aware of the issue. Other residents have told me that they talked to people who said maintenance can't even be bothered to make it out to the property, which begs the question what kind of apartment company doesn't have on-site maintenance This is an EMERGENCY, and water needs to be shut off before more peoples' homes flood and permanent water damage affects the entire building. Because of this electricity for the whole building will have to be shut off long after the grid comes back on, whenever that is. My neighbor has two children, one with a heart condition, and her apartment is getting flooded. This is a disaster of epic proportions and Mill Creek Residential and Eastside Station need to do something or at the very minimal least provide us all with an update. I'm writing this review after getting the hell out of Austin to stay with folks until this is resolved.
Nathan, We understand the challenges you have experienced during this unprecedented storm and apologize for not communicating as quickly and consistently as we should have. We have discussed these challenges internally and have put processes in place to ensure it never occurs again. With regard to the water leak that took place at the community, we share your concern and do apologize for the delay in turning off the water. We worked diligently to get someone on-site to address the issue but ran into road condition challenges. Unfortunately, even emergency responders were unable to reach the community. We were eventually able to get there and shut off the water and are now in the process of repairing the damage. Our sincerest apologies. We are available for discussion if you would like to reach out. Jessica S., Regional Manager

|Recommended: NoEastside Station — The maintenance staff will walk into your apartment without informing you first. At one point cops swarmed the apartment complex with fully loaded guns, and the property staff didn’t send an email, nor answer any questions about it. Leaving the residence to wonder if their lives were in danger The leasing office is always closed, making it hard for the tenants to communicate with them if need be. If you're locked out of your apartment after office hours, the property staff refuse to help you. In addition to this, there are serious plumbing issues in almost all units.

|Recommended: NoNot so great — This place used to be good til mill creek took over. No one in the office ever answers the phone. They installed new locks then didn’t add phone numbers so that we could use the app as a back up key in case we got locked out. So now there’s no back up key even though my lease states I should have another key . They keep blaming the delay on Covid, but this could be fixed easily. They have been here for a few months now and still seem completely disorganized, The office has been closed for weeks bc of Covid which apparently that means no one is available. They have a new maintenance request that surprise, surprise, doesn’t work. Oh and three cop cars were here yesterday. I saw on cop running inside the building chasing someone. Wonder if management knows Doubtful, as no one from the leasing center works anymore.
Hello Alyssa, Thanks for sharing your experience. We are truly disappointed we did not meet your expectations. We hope you can give us the chance to turn your experience around. Kindest regards, Jessica K., Regional Manager
|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Nice Amenities, Stylish Apartment — I really like living at this complex. The apartment layout is spacious and the location is highly accessible. On the negative side, it's unfortunate that I can hear my neighbors through the walls, and also the new management is a lot slower to respond and much less friendly than the previous management. Overall the experience has been mainly positive and I would recommend it to others.
